Refund Policy
There is none... it's on a case-by-case basis. Once you buy a publication, it's yours. Since we believe there is adequate description including excerpts to allow you to make an informed purchase, we will not

The most frequent issue we encounter is:" I can't open the PDF." The most frequent solution to the problem is the Acrobat Reader you are using. Our publications are formatted to work with Adobe Reader 5.0 or later. They
will not open with earlier versions. If you do not have 5.0 or later, you can get it Free, Here. We strongly urge you to use the latest version
because of its full-featured capabilities. If your system will not accommodate the latest version, you can still get the Free downloads of earlier version such as 5.0 and 6.0 at the same location, Here.
